Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Hi guys, I'm renting out my 1-room apartment on the 4th floor with balcony and elevator in Stuttgart Mitte. The apartment has a new 1.60 m wide bed and a new small kitchen as well as a separate daylight bathroom. The location is central and yet quiet. Smoking allowed on balcony. Since it is a normal residential building, quiet hours must be observed according to the house rules. No parties! Washing machine not available but closest laundromat close by. See you soon:-)

"There is no bird so small, it wants to have its nest." I offer a small, lovingly furnished and very well-maintained apartment on the outskirts of Stuttgart. It is on the 15th floor of a barrier-free high-rise building. The main station is only 20 minutes away by train (U7). Shopping nearby. On Fridays, the vegetable cart comes around 1:00 pm and offers fresh fruit and vegetables from its own cultivation. It is in the parking lot behind the house.
