Welcome in our small, comfortable studio. It is near Midi Station (Thalys - Eurostar), very close to the city centre, 10 minutes from Manneken Pis and 15 from La Grande Place, a 5 minutes walk from the trendy Fontainas neighbourhood and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the Dansaert area. Lots of shopping and fine dining there! The studio has a small kitchen, a room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower (towels are provided). There's free wifi, a big tv and a dvd player. It's on the ground floor, but it has lots of light. The studio is in our family house, where we, Kwinten and Amaryllis, live with our daughter Alexa (4). You have a seperate entrance. The studio is completely independent. Our neighborhood has a very mixed population, but is really safe. We both work in the Brussels art sector. We know the scene very will and we can give you lots of tips concerning exhibitions to see and performances to attend. We are a 10 minutes walk away from the Brussels flee market. And a 5 minutes stroll from a nice farmers' market, open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Brussels' best star restaurant 'Comme chez soi' is closeby. Our favourite cafés in the neighbourhood are 'Fontainas', 'Jour de Fête', 'Yeti' and newcomer 'Mammouth'. We know the city of Brussels very well and will love to share our best addresses with you!
“We really enjoyed staying at Amaryllis’s place, when we will come again in Bruxelles, we will choose to stay in this studio for sure. Easy going check in/out, good location(for Gare du Midi and city center as well), confortable bed, the water that we found when we arrived(we forgot to buy ours then). Thank you for everything 🌈”
Attractive furnished flat, ideal for a couple, with kitchen and bathroom. Including a charming terrace overlooking Brussels rooftops. Ideally located in the upper part of the city, it's a ten-minutes walk from the European institut.
“Very nice and clean everything. The terrace is the best to go out for coffee. The location is very good about a 15-20 minute walk to most attractions such as the grand place, manneken pis, etc. Despite being in a street with many shops such as H&M, Zara, etc., it is very quiet and without much noise. Of course, you have to climb 3 floors of stairs, take this into account if you have a lot of luggage.”
2nd person free of charge. The main spirit is accessibility. The area is central in terms of public transportation(Montgomery metro station less than 2 min walk) and handy shopping street - rue des Tongres - 3 min on foot.
“Anne Francoise personally welcomed me in the house at check in and we had pleasant conversations. The house is very cute and clean and the host is very nice and welcoming. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and even had some extra things like some condiments and jam in the fridge. The place is very well located in a great beautiful neighborhood that is a couple minutes away from the metro station and tram and bus stations. It is also an around 10 minutes walk from the Parc du Cinquantennaire. Night shops are also available around the area in case you need to buy something late at night as well as a pharmacy, supermarket and more. We had an amazing time at Anne Francoise's place and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Brussels!”
