Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

The house also includes eleven chickens with fresh eggs every day. From May there are always fresh fruits and vegetables to harvest. The property is located between Tübingen and Reutlingen in a quiet zone. The Holzelfingen ski arena, the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve and Stuttgart are about 30 minutes away by car.

The studio apartment Hobbit Lounge in Eppingen is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 35 m² property consists of a sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, is also available for your use. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are not allowed.
