Located in a residential district of Zurich, Villa Allegra is an old lady built in 1907 in a typical Swiss mountain chalet style. It’s situated, not far from the city center by foot (22 minutes) or by public transport (14 minutes) to Bellevue, yet set in beautiful natural green surroundings with open views. The studio with about 30 sqm of space is available to you with a kitchenette and bathroom, that can host up to 2 adults. The house is divided in 3 units of which 2 are offered on AirBnB.com

Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Perfekt Home at the city center

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes with the tram or by walking and the lake and other sights are within easy reach by public transport or by foot. Welcome home!

Sweet and cosy Apartment in City Center of Zurich

My cozy apartment is located close to both Universities of Zurich, restaurants, supermarkets & only a few minutes walking distance to the City Center. From roof terrace you have a great view to the city. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & families (with kids). All amenities are available for free: shampoo, etc... Kitchen with all appliances & amenities like coffee & tea facilities, etc. Just bring your own clothes, the rest is there for your disposal.

Gorgeous flat in hip & vibrant area

In Zurich (Kreis 5), the area with the highest quality of urban life, in walking distance to the train station, the Landesmuseum, Old Town and the famous shopping street. The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. Those who are sensitive to such noises should not choose this apartment. This apartment is on the 1ST FLOOR of the house (no elevator).

Tastefully furnished flat on the Zürichberg near the Grandhotel Dolder. Quiet location in the countryside with garden seating area. Just outside the city centre. Close to Dolderbahn and public transport. From the Römerhof it takes about 15 minutes to walk up the hill. With the Dolderbahn from Römerhof to "Waldhaus", then it is only 2 minutes to the flat. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity for a fee.
