The stay in the feudal district is nice and comfortable: There are many pubs, bakeries, cafes, shopping, supermarket, pizza service, and in the immediate vicinity. Bus 43 stops - the city center, 2 minutes entfertn and subway Marienplatz with U1 and U14 - Central Station-5 - 10 minute walk. Woods, vines and downtown within walking distance or with ÖNV. Theatre ramp nearby.

Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, right by the forest, playground, farm and metro (U6) stop (about 5min walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. 2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.
