Mit super Anbindung an Karlsruhe (Bahnhof in 3 Minuten Fußweg) wohnst Du im grünen Stutensee mit schönem Teich vor der Tür. Dein Apartement liegt im Souterrain / Untergeschoss unseres Bungalows. Du hast einen privaten eigenen Eingang zu deiner Wohnung. Die Karlsruher Stadtmitte ist mit dem Zug in 10 Minuten und mit der Strassenbahn in 30 Minuten direkt zu erreichen. Zum KIT Nord Campus kommst du in 10 Minuten mit einem unserer Fahrräder oder in 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

House on the lake in a fantastic location

Our house on the lake is located in the middle of the Oeltal at the source of the Bottwar. Surrounded by forest and pure nature, the house invites you perfectly to forget the stress of everyday life for a few days. The house is fully equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, air conditioning and a sauna with access to a natural pond. Fishing is also possible by arrangement in our natural pond. We extensively renovated our apartment (and the entire building) in 2017. It is located on the first floor and has a size of about 55 square meters. The terrace is south facing, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern style. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics (built-in kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, etc.).

The A 6 highway is 2 kilometers away. 10 minutes' drive to Öhringen and 15 minutes to Heilbronn. Stuttgart is 50 minutes away. To relax, drive 10 minutes to Lake Breitenau. Or enjoy a glass of wine on site.

Pure relaxation on the edge of the Black Forest. Grömbach is the midpoint between Nagold 20 km, Calw 23 km, Freudenstadt 35 km. Our house is located on the edge of the village of Grömbach in a quiet location. 4 km away is the swimming lake Erzgrube/Nagold Tal Sperre. Here you can go hiking, swimming or just "unwind."
