Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

The south-facing balcony with a beach chair invites you to sunbathe with a view over the city. Double beds (180x200, 160x200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore not suitable for children under 6 years.

Wellcome 🌷 In the middle of Stuttgart's old town, you can have a great time here in the group. The location is primarily set up for day use. Use from 6 am is possible upon request. The studio is ideal for group activities – e.g., workshops, brunches, bachelorette parties, murder mystery dinners, game nights, co-working or small meetups! Due to the central location in the middle of the old town, it can be a bit louder at night when the window is open :-)

The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
