Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

A newly renovated, bright and cozy first floor apartment with combined living-bedroom (bed 1.40 m), kitchen with fridge/freezer combination and dining area in a listed house from 1758. Daylight bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet. Bakery and bus stop a few meters away. Mühlacker is only a few minutes away by car, Maulbronn (World Heritage Monastery), Pforzheim (Goldstadt), Bretten can be reached in 10 - 20 minutes, Karlsruhe and Stuttgart in about 1 hour.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

There is an open living and dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The apartment is located in an idyllic small town with beautiful walking paths, vineyards and Lake Aalkistensee, which can be reached on foot. The bus stop, a train station, bakery and small farm shops are also within walking distance.

The beautiful apartment is located in Niefern-Öschelbronn (Niefern district) . You can reach Pforzheim in 10 minutes by car, the nearest train station is a 10-minute walk away. After the motorway exit ( A 8 ) Pforzheim center you will reach the apartment in five minutes. - Guests must agree in writing to the user agreement on the use of Internet access via Wi-Fi before receiving THE WIFI access data. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!
