Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Klara's holiday cottage with its unique charm has been on the Neuffener Stadtmauer for over 100 years. It is located right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3-room house with simple but loving furnishings is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Beuren thermal bath/Beuren open-air museum/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries and supermarkets are nearby.

The tower has a 32sqm terrace that floats over the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
