I live in this big (130mq ,at the 2rd floor without elevator) bright bi-level apartment unit with stairs and i rent at the main floor a beatiful spacious room with private bathroom ( it seems like to live in a small aptm about 38 mq room+private bath and small corridor ) , I also live in the flat ( at the loft )however I have my own bathroom. The room goes with its set of keys so the guest is 24hrs/24 totally independent. The room and ensuite bathroom occupies big part of the ground floor so you'll have plenty of privacy. Enjoy the super king size bed with memory foam mattress! It's very spacious and there's full central heating.The room on rent has a great view at the public park . Additionally, a cleaner comes to clean the entire house and change all the beddings on, so things will be fresh upon arrival. For your personal laundry there is a launderette nearby. ----------------------------------------------------------- Conveniently located in Mestre ( mainland ), its 2 min from the bus station and 100 mt from the central railway station , is an excellent starting point for visiting: VENICE historical area : 7 km (10min-15 min (PIAZZALE ROMA ,PLEASE CHECK ON THE MAP ) bus number 2, service 24h or Trains to Venice - every 10 Min approximately (ticket for train or bus cost 1.30 euro ) PADOVA: (15min -30 min) TREVISO (15 min -20 min ) BUS from /to Venice Marco Polo airport or Treviso airport ----------------------------------------------------------- Linens and towels are provided, small breakfast with coffee tea biscuits included in price. free wi-fi . You will have free access to the fully equipped kitchen. As our guest, you will receive all information or assistance you might need for visiting Venice and its islands Nearby our location there are many shops within walking distance, such as: supermarket, pubs, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. I will send precise directions to anyone of you according with your schedule arrival and from where you are coming, as rail station,airport or main land and you will arrive the fastest and easiest way possible. For additional questions and/or needs, you can reach us directly through one of our contacts or fill out a form of inquiry to receive a response as soon as possible . I love to meet new people and socialize however sometimes i can be busy with my work .i do like to travel and may on occasion be out of town but always contactable, with friends nearby if required. i would be very happy to welcome you!
What guests are saying:“If you don't have any issues with stairs, the apartment is on the 2nd floor, I can't recommend it and Alex highly enough. Great location near the railway station. Train to Venice takes about 10 mins and costs 1.30 euros. The apartment is very easy to find, it's clean and there is a supermarket close by. Alex gave me excellent advice and suggestions of good places to go and I saw more than I would have done without them. I can't thank him enough for a great stay.”
