A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

Countless playgrounds, nice restaurants, bars, fashion shops, galleries, organic shops, toy shops, bookstores and bakers can all be found directly in the neighborhood. Every Saturday there is a market on the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all within 5 minutes' walk.
