Beautiful, bright and high-quality flat (115m²) on the second floor including balcony (10m²) and elevator. 1 large box spring bed 220x220, sofa bed with spring core extendable 170x200 and a chaise longue. Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

If you want to be in the city center or at the exhibition center quickly, then this is the place for you. In the middle of the beautiful Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn stop within walking distance, then in 10 minutes in the city center) is the single occupancy apartment. If you travel by car, you have your own XXL parking space available. The host lives in the same house and is happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modernly furnished and offer a high living comfort.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.
