On the site, the field stone walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. Those who appreciate nature and tranquility will love it here!

In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means you can also book a private boat tour of Berlin with me at any time.

You will be staying in the 110 m² 2nd floor of the fisherman's house. With two bedrooms and space for up to six people, a gallery with pictures of the old fishery around 1920 and the lake view from the balcony through old maple and cherry trees, your stay will be unforgettable.
