In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Children 8 to 12 years stay for free. Please contact us before booking. Peace and quiet! Private parking and entrance. Terrace and garden (2000m2). Dogs are welcome. The beautiful old building apartment is located in the last house on the Rammelsberg surrounded by nature and offers many possibilities for an exciting varied vacation in Goslar with both city and nature nearby. You have the beautiful old town (very worthwhile!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside the door, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Site mine right in front of you. The location of the apartment is perfect!🏔️

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Until there is no 5 minute walk. Zell lies at 426 m and is framed by hills and mountains to over 1000 m altitude. It is a small town with good shopping and good connection to bus and train. You can borrow a bicycle for small tours for 5€ / day

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
