Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

You will find peace and relaxation under old trees, on sunny meadows, in shady garden oases, there are hammocks, campfires and a ruin garden with terrace. 5 minutes' walk to the Krumme Lake, surrounded by great scenery. For a creative break, I offer everything you need. The original charming ballroom can be rented for parties, weddings, music, film, photo shoots and more.

Apartment in an external location

The apartment is on our small, remote farm where we and our animals live. It fits 2-4 people, but possibly also for more, with a sofa bed, cot, mattresses and/or tents outside. The apartment has a south-facing window overlooking the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and have a campfire there. The swimming area is 10 minutes away. Footpath. The "Spur der Steine" bike path passes by here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

Owner, Galina Green, offers the perfect environment for you to finish writing that essay, article or novel or to enjoy a birdwatching weekend or simply a place to just "be". The holiday rental is in one half of the house but has a separate entrance, own terrace and open fire place.

Very nice detached apartment with separate entrance on a large 3-sided farm with garden directly on the lake in the biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin, 70km north of Berlin. The apartment has about 45sqm, 2 beautiful, bright, separate rooms each with a double bed, a small shower room and a small kitchen in the entrance area. On our farm there is another apartment and two holiday rooms.
