Here you can expect peace and comfort, distributed on 25 square metres with a beautiful view over red tiled roofs and only 100 metres away from the Eilenriede, our large, green city forest. Important: The flat is on the 4th floor of an old building without a lift. Climbing stairs therefore mustn't be a problem. In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.

The light-flooded apartment is newly renovated, furnished and located directly in the center of Hanover. The living room and bedroom has a large queen-size bed (160 cm), a 58" 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access, a work desk, a wardrobe and a sofa. There is also a kitchen with full equipment incl. washing machine and a completely newly renovated bathroom with shower.
