This cozy 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a century old building located in the popular List district of Hanover. The “Lister Meile” shopping street with supermarkets, drugstores, many small shops and cafes is only about 150m away. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station and about a 15-minute walk to the main train station and city center. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people, with a fully equipped kitchen-living room and bedroom with a 160cm double bed.

This studio is available for your sole, private use in the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice. In addition to a small hallway with shoe cabinet and wardrobe, there is a small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room, there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa offers space for a third person. Behind a medium-height partition, the double bed is located directly by the large window.

The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.
