Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Lakefront double bungalow

Our double bungalow has 4 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen on 80 m². It can accommodate up to 8 people. The terrace is covered and nicely sunny with a southeast orientation. There are two parking spaces available. The swimming area on Lake Grimnitz is about 300 m away and a 5-minute walk away, ideal for children. The Schorfheide and its surroundings are known for their many excursion destinations, e.g. Geopark, Eberswalde Zoo and much more

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Old fisherman's house on Lake Grimnitz

Our house is situated right by the bathing beach, just a 3-minute walk from the front door. It offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and historical charm. You'll stay in the 110 sqm upper floor of the fisherman's house, with four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people. Admire the gallery displaying old fishing pictures from the 1920s and enjoy the lake view through ancient maple and cherry trees. The kitchen and living area are perfect for relaxation.

Schorfheider chilling at Grimnitzsee

Pure nature in the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve. Within the biosphere reserve, the accommodation is located on the edge of a holiday village with GDR history, right on Lake Grimnitz. Various owners rent their bungalows there. Newly renovated, 80 sqm on the ground floor, modern and high quality, 2 terraces, garden, right on the bathing lake. On the upper floor there is another apartment (40 sqm) available for 2 people.

The cottage has been lovingly renovated. The cottage is located in the holiday complex on Lake Griminitz in the Schorfheide, one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Europe and about 60 km north of Berlin. The apartment is designed for up to 4 people. Two magnificent terraces, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen; a bedroom and a living/dining area. TV, Apple TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix access are part of the amenities.

Barn de Lütt - Small barn very large

Our barn de Lütt offers a couple or a small family enough space to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside at any time of the year. Directly behind the barn, a large garden with seating, barbecue and fireplace as well as climbing scaffolding, swing and sandpit invites you to linger. The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

Cottage in the woods

The cottage is located in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The decor is simple. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, fridge and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The stairs lead to the sleeping loft.
