Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

It has 2 bright bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which can be combined with double beds, a modern bathroom and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Free parking is always easy to find. For toddlers there is a high chair and a travel cot (please bring blankets and pillows for this).

Welcome in the charming tiny villa in a lovely garden. The little villa is attached to the main house and is about 45 sqm large with ground floor and first floor. It has just been completed and is brand new. The building has a modern floor heating for your well-being, is on the highest level concerning energy efficiency and safety requirement and offers you best convenience as your temporary home.
