Here you will find the old town with former fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, churches, a historic mill and small shops. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. Near the apartment there is a bakery, restaurants, cafes and a boat and bicycle rental. From Werder you can reach Potsdam and Berlin by train and car in less than 30 minutes.

Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
