Sunny old building, 3 bedrooms – Potsdam 7 min

The entire upper floor of an almost 100-year-old house: three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lockable, space for 5. I live downstairs with my children. We completely renovated the kitchen — induction, dishwasher, a proper work surface. The windows, on the other hand, are simple standard, and the floorboards creak because they are as old as the house. That's why the walls are thick... Potsdam can be reached by train in 7 minutes, Berlin in 30. Lake Plessow is just down the road.

Attic apartment with water view on the island

Our 3-room apartment in the attic (2nd floor) is located in the most beautiful square in Werder - in the middle of the beautiful island. Here you will find the old town with listed fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, church houses, a historic mill and shops and cafes. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. On our farm there is a café with delicious breakfast, lunch and café offers. Near the apartment there is a bakery, restaurants and a boat and bike rental.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

The fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating and large terrace invite you to relax and work. Swimming on the property at the jetty with us at Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam is possible for the brave almost all year round ;-). Please pre-book free parking in the Nixe Yachthafen!
