Our apartment is a good starting point for visits to the Olympic Stadium, the Waldbühne or Messe-Berlin. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a terrace. The U-Bahn and buses (e.g. U2 or M45) are a 5-minute walk (U-Ruhleben and U-Olympiastadion). Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. A wooded nature reserve and a small lake invite you to take walks in the area.

Stay in an apartment for 1–2 people with a view of the treetops in a quiet, green location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, a 1-minute walk from the S 3 and S 9. Trade fair, Waldbühne, Olympic Stadium, 20 minutes to West City, 6 minutes to Spandau long-distance train station. Non-smoking accommodation and no party zone no alcoholic football fans please. This modern flat is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All flats are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
