Our apartment is a good starting point for visits to the Olympic Stadium, the Waldbühne or Messe-Berlin. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a terrace. The U-Bahn and buses (e.g. U2 or M45) are a 5-minute walk (U-Ruhleben and U-Olympiastadion). Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. A wooded nature reserve and a small lake invite you to take walks in the area.

Stay in an apartment for 1–2 people with a view of the treetops in a quiet, green location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, a 1-minute walk from the S 3 and S 9. Trade fair, Waldbühne, Olympic Stadium, 20 minutes to West City, 6 minutes to Spandau long-distance train station. Non-smoking accommodation and no party zone no alcoholic football fans please. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).
