Bright gallery apartment with balcony close to the city center

I go on vacation and rent out my entire apartment. It is a cozy, very bright gallery apartment with a south-facing balcony. In summer, it gets quite warm, but there are roller blinds and a sunshade for protection and many windows to ventilate at night. Very quiet location, shops and bars are within walking distance. The public transport connection to public transport is very good. It would be nice if you could water the balcony plants once a day, so that they stay beautiful for a long time.
