The Alpenchalet Kogel is located on the outskirts of Bad Tölz high above the old town with a fantastic view of the city and the Karwendel Mountains. It is luxuriously equipped with an old wooden roof chair, designer kitchen made of black steel, garden sauna, two secluded terraces, fireplace and a mixture of high-quality designer furniture and antiques. For children there is a cable car, a trampoline, slide, sandbox, tree house and soccer field as well as in-house Cameroon sheep in summer.

The ‘Hochsitz’ holiday flat (70 m²) is ideal for families and couples. The chalet style conveys a rustic-modern ambience thanks to old wood and carpentry furniture. The ‘highlight’ is the unobstructed south-facing view of the mountains from the balcony. You can also see the mountains from the rustic double bed. A staircase leads to the gallery with two single beds (with blackout option). The amenities also include a walk-in shower with rain shower head.

Please note: Should you wish to use the garden sauna there is an additional sauna fee, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. You will find more information below.

The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.

Ideal for couples, singles, club or company trips, spending a few days with friends, but also for families with up to 3 children. There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living and kitchen area, the beautiful large bathroom and the spacious veranda.

The apartment has a separate entrance from the main house. It is divided into its own kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. Through the apartment, you have access to the large shared garden as well as to the private terrace. The terrace offers a comfortable seating area and a grill for cozy evenings. Of course, there is also access to the natural pool for the warm summer months.

Chalet 'Augenweide' in Au near Bad Feilnbach offers 200 m² of space for up to 7 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and convenient self-check-in are provided. Families will find a baby cot and high chair available. Enjoy stunning mountain views during your stay. Outdoors, you’ll find a private garden as well as both a covered and open terrace.

Welcome to the Seeblick holiday home, your spacious chalet above Lake Schliersee. Here you start your day with a dip in the lake or a tour on Huberspitz or Gindelalm. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, three modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace as well as balcony and terrace with a fantastic panorama. In 5 minutes you can reach the lake, bakery, supermarket and train station. Dogs are welcome.
