The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. The main train station, Oktoberfest, and downtown Munich are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a barbecue, lounge furniture and a whirlpool. Sauna. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn (suburban train), playgrounds, and the city park are all within a 5-minute walk. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – sauna and hot tub available for a nominal fee (electricity costs).

Ding Dong Yurt Village

Dear people, we have made it, the first yurt village in Bavaria has opened - Stay overnight in a yurt, which are actually three individuals. We just connected them. Thus, you have 100 square meters with a terrace. We have 4 beds in each of the outer yurts, so there is space for 8 people. In the middle yurt is the common room that invites you to chill. You can cook either directly at the covered fireplace or in the wooden hut. Shower and toilet in the construction trailer.

The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
