In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. Relax in this special and quiet accommodation after a busy day at the trade fair (Munich Trade fair 4 km distance). The small, self-contained apartment is decorated in a retro style and has been lovingly restored. In summer, the large pool in the garden can be used (for insurance reasons, please arrange this in advance). Large kitchen-living room with basic equipment (coffee, spices, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc.). Fresh herbs and fruit can be picked, depending on the season.

An idyllic bay. Town south of Munich, the house is quiet in a well-kept, green area. A very good transport connection., Parking free train is in Munich in 25 minutes. Family friend. Pets estra fee €10 pT. A wallbox can be used for a fee. Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance all shopping, Friday weekly market regional offers, Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will feel comfortable in my lovingly furnished apartment.

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🤝Our home is the quiet Mintraching north of Munich. The "hazelnut" is located on the 2nd floor of our apartment building and offers everything needed for a longer and shorter stay. Both bedrooms are equipped with a desk. Parking is free in front of the house. Munich can be reached by S-Bahn or by car. Washing machine and dryer can be used. In Neufahrn there is everything for everyday needs. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
