On hot days, a bath in the neighbouring hot bath or in the Ammersee is recommended. City strolls and culture can be enjoyed in Munich city centre, just 25 minutes away by car. The house is of modern beauty, high quality and offers with 50 sqm terrace also in the outdoor area many amenities. 3 adults and 2 children can stay in 2 bedrooms and 2 children's rooms. The living room offers another guest bed. A baby bed can be provided. Through the house entrance and hallway you enter a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area. The adjoining open kitchen has an oversized ceramic hob and high-quality kitchen equipment with all the appliances. Cooking can become a shared experience… On the same floor are the parents' area with bedroom, bathroom with whirlpool tub and extra shower room as well as the guest bathroom and the youth room. All rooms have direct access to the surrounding 50 sqm terrace. In the house on the ground floor with exit to the garden there is a children's room with bunk bed, a playroom and a children's bathroom with rain shower.
