The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)!
