Very quiet 60 m² apartment in the beautiful Gärtnerplatz district The apartment is located on the Isar and its beaches, close to the Deutsches Museum, Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz. In the lively neighborhood there are many cafes, restaurants, special shops and a wide range of culture. A 140 cm wide bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are available. The basement bedroom is moisture-insulated and has a ventilation system. Electrosmog-reduced apartment without Wi-Fi.

Very small room in Schwabing
Small room 10 sqm in an Appartement with 70 sqm (2nd floor). You can use the bathroom and the kitchen - no cooking, you can use the microwave and water cooker. You cannot use the washing machine in the Appartement. There is a washing machine in the cellar!!!!! Tram is right in front of the house. The house is in the backyard and therefore the room is pretty quiet. Check in between 6 pm and 9 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday it is flexible.
