Very small room in Schwabing

Small room 10 sqm in an Appartement with 70 sqm (2nd floor). You can use the bathroom and the kitchen - no cooking, you can use the microwave and water cooker. You cannot use the washing machine in the Appartement. There is a washing machine in the cellar!!!!! Tram is right in front of the house. The house is in the backyard and therefore the room is pretty quiet. Check in between 6 pm and 9 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday it is flexible.
