The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Our modern apartments in the "ReetTraum," completely renovated in 2021, are located in a very central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The apartment extends with a spacious area of about 59 m² and space for up to two people. Next to the cozy bedroom is the living area with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment has a terrace with elegant terrace furniture.

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020.
