The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Prerow "Seaside 2" - strandnah!

The apartment "Seaside 2" is quietly located yet in the center of Prerow in a straight line to the lake bridge. Close to shops and restaurants. The beautiful beach and the pier are 600 meters away. This apartment was completed in 2020 and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant holiday. Underfloor heating in all rooms, modern new kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, stove, coffee maker and much more.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Welcome to the Nature & Culture 2 apartment. Since summer 2017, I have been offering this barrier-free and 120 sqm apartment for 4-6 people, which is ideal for family, couples or even a group vacation. The non-smoking apartment is centrally located in the village and offers the perfect starting point for extended bike tours and walks. Both the beach and the nature reserve can be reached within a very short time.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.

Just 3 hours from Berlin and 2.5 hours from Hamburg, you will find our brand new eco-friendly wooden house in Dierhagen Strand. As the town name suggests, the house is very close to the beach (150m) and thus within earshot of the Baltic Sea.
