we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Zingsthus: Cosy & close to the beach

Happy vacations by the Baltic Sea - that's what Zingsthus is. Quietly located in a side street, just a few minutes from the beach. Cozy all year - with terrace & sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow for example two families to spend their vacation under one roof. Fancy some beach air, sand digging, birdwatching, salt water surfing; want to feel the wind when cycling and awe at marvelous sunsets ... ? off to Zingsthus! BTW: the name Zingsthus plays with "hus" / house in northern dialects.

The apartment is in the extremely popular holiday residence Kormoran in a quiet location.The complex is spacious and offers a lot of green space for children and animals. The houses nestle into romantic nature: the Darßwald, meadows, badger, fox and deer are your neighbours. The north beach can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes, while the natural west beach can be reached in about 20 minutes. 2 bikes, towels and linens included. The apartment was completely renovated in December 2019.

The romantic apartment "bow cabin" for two people is located on the raised ground floor of the old captain's house Dade. The open living area with large corner sofa, dining table and kitchenette is characterized by high ceilings and large casement windows with views of the linden trees, the rose garden and the cobblestone pavement of the historic salt road. The bedroom and the adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet are quietly located in the rear area of the garden.

The cozy cottage Meridiamus 1 is a 32 m² accommodation with fireplace. It is not far from the Saaler Bodden, which is within 10 minutes walking distance. Relax in our garden, explore the Bodden landscape or enjoy the wildly beautiful nature of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, which stretches on the nearby Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. With us, you can experience a vacation with a minimal ecological footprint in a peaceful environment.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage.
