Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

Unsere kleine Reiterstube befindet sich in idyllischer Lage direkt auf unserem 200 Jahre alten Hof zwischen Ostsee und Saaler Bodden. Hier leben Katzen, Hühner, Pferde und Schafe harmonisch zusammen. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Amenities include a separate bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchenette.

This apartment is located on a large property in Buschenhagen, between Stralsund and Barth on the edge of the national park, one of the largest crane resting places in Europe. The vacation rental is located on the pond side of the house and can accommodate up to 2 people. Enjoy the individual atmosphere of the farm, where nature and art have found their place. By bike you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes and the Baltic Sea is 20 minutes away by car.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
