The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. Welcome to our beautiful small holiday apartment Sternschnuppe on the outskirts of the village, which invites you to linger and relax. From here you can take long walks to the two well-kept sandy beaches (approx. 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a variety of bike tours. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level.
