Rustic oak planks and a wood-burning stove meet modern minimalism. Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.
