The district at Westfalenpark 2 (BVB/Messe on foot)

The apartment is located in an absolutely central location, within walking distance 10 min to the Westfalenhalle to the football stadium or to the city . A supermarket is close by. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The subway stations are a 2-minute walk away . Free parking is available in front of the house. A parking space in the yard can also be rented. If needed, there is the possibility to rent two bikes to get from A to B even faster.

Quiet apartment in the south of Dortmund

We rent a 25 m² large, quiet apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to the Phoenix Lake (by bus or car in 10 minutes). It is 5 minutes to the A45 and A1, to the city center by bus and metro approx. 25 minutes (also the night express stops with us / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakery, shopping, etc. within walking distance. The forest is very close, ideal for mountain biking.

The apartment is back on Airbnb from November 2021 onwards and we want to try it after a COVID-break with this apartment. The location of the apartment is very central and perfect. You have the top floor apartment (65m²) just for you. Tram and S-Bahn can be reached in about 5 minutes.
