The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Welcome to the stylish thatched roof house in a quiet location, only 100 m from the Bodden and close to the Baltic Sea - perfect for families, couples & friends. 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 shower rooms (1 with bathtub), fireplace, sauna, Sky TV & fully equipped kitchen. Large south-west terrace by the pond. Ideal starting point for cycling tours and nature experiences. Dogs are welcome. Towels, bed linen and parking included.

Quiet apartment with balcony

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Luxury vacation home with a unique view of the lagoon

Overlooking the best view of the Bodden – the house over about 90 square meters is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the spacious living area with open fully equipped kitchen and conservatory. Here you can also access the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs is the large bedroom with additional small toilet. The spacious balcony with its almost unique view over the Bodden invites you to relax.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.

PUR Ostsee

A little away from the town center, almost on the Darßwald, is the enchanting property with the cottage. The holiday home in Prerow does not reveal what is in it with its maritime romantic exterior view. The black wooden facade looks noble and is complemented by the Baltic Sea-typical roof shape.

A thatched house awaits you surrounded by old oaks overlooking the green surroundings. An old house has been modernized and, due to the individual design, invites you to switch off and relax. The highlight for many guests is the balcony with its unique view.
