Stylishly modern apartment with high-quality full equipment in a top harbor location and at the same time close to the center. Only a few steps to the harbour restaurants and harbour promenade. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a very quiet fridge. The kitchen is separated from the living/sleeping area by a glass sliding element. The bathroom has a skylight window with rain sensor. The quiet south-facing balcony (upper floor) with a generous view of the green courtyard invites you to linger.

Very nice apartment with terrace+2 wheels+trailer

Completely new, cozy 2 room apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, WiFi, Wama&Dryer as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels with children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular and with very nice shops packed Warendorfer street. The favourite nightlife area in the south city and the port are also easy to reach.
