Das BLAUE ZIMMER mit Balkon und Seeblick ist eins von 4 DZ mit eig. Bad, die sich im 1. Stock des Auerberghauses befinden. Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum und eine gemeinsame Küche mit riesigem, überdachten Balkon. Das Haus umgibt ein herrlicher Garten mit kleinem Teich, der den Gästen nach Absprache zur ruhigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Hunde bitte nur nach vorheriger Absprache. Zusätzlich befindet sich im DG eine FeWo für 6 - 8 Personen.

Vous accéderez à votre chambre, par l'entrée principale de la maison et elle se trouve au premier étage de la maison. Il s'agit d'une chambre de 20m2, lit king size, espace de travail, ecran Netflix, placard, salle de bain, douche et WC. wifi 1,3 km de la MESSE, en bus n. 190 à proximité. S-Bahn 300m. Un chat vit dans la maison. Il est possible de se garer sur le parking visiteurs devant la maison (souvent plein) sinon dans les rues adjacentes gratuitement. Parlons anglais, allemand, français

Du wohnst in einem alten Herbergshaus in Haidhausen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Bars, Cafés und schöne kleine Läden. Haus und Garten sind eine Oase der Ruhe. Trambahn, U- und S-Bahn sind keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt und zum Marienplatz läufst du gemütlich 15 Min. Das Zimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock und hat ein eigenes WC und Waschbecken. Das Bad mit Wanne und Dusche teilen wir uns. Für Family&friends gibt es ein zweites Zimmer. BITTE DIE NACHBARN FREUNDLICH GRÜSSEN!

Very cosy, large and quiet room with a sunny balcony and walking distance to the S-Bahn, which goes directly to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke). Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower/sink, large mirror and toilet. In the morning, the landlady offers a small breakfast by arrangement: e.g. coffee/tea/orange juice and croissants with butter and jam... The room has a large balcony. where you can enjoy the sun. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

The guest area is separate by a door from the other rooms in the house. 2 beds can be put together, a third one is located on the "gallery" (some steps).
