You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.

A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
