**Modern Holiday Apartment in the Allgäu – Art, Nature, and Comfort** Our individually renovated holiday apartment, completed in 2019, is a true work of art. Featuring modern wall murals and an abundance of plants, it offers a green, creative atmosphere that blends nature with design. The apartment is barrier-free except for one step at the entrance and has direct access to a private terrace. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened with electric shutters or curtains. The master bedroom is equipped with a removable mosquito screen on the door. If more than two people are staying, the living room can serve as a second bedroom or offer separate sleeping arrangements for two guests if desired. The apartment has a private entrance, doorbell, and mailbox. For added security, the entrance area is monitored by a camera. Inside, there's a small play area for children, and guests have access to Prime, Netflix, and streaming services. Parking is free in the immediate vicinity, and a bus stop right across the street takes you quickly to the city center. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and bank are just a 5-minute walk away. There are fantastic playgrounds and restaurants nearby, along with many easily accessible lakes for swimming and plenty of nature for biking, jogging, or hiking. Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this accommodation, you can reach all the important places in no time at all. Within 3 minutes' walk, you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. The town of Kempten is 5 minutes away by car, and there is a bus stop within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor and is very bright and spacious. From the terrace, you can look out over a fauna and flora habitat. Within a few kilometres, you'll find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The newly renovated and expanded apartment is located in the heart of Füssen, in the middle of the romantic pedestrian zone. All shopping facilities are within close range. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. City and region offer endless leisure activities. Hiking, biking, swimming, winter sports, everything is possible seasonally. Ahegg is located at an altitude of 850 m to 1000 m and is a climatic health resort. In about 500 m there is a very nice pond that invites you to swim and in winter to ice skate. The Allgäu circular bike path leads directly past the house. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful opportunities for winter sports and hikes. By car you are in approx. 15 minutes in the city of Kempten, which invites you to enjoy nice restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful apartment in a former cowshed. Shared indoor swimming pool with direct access from the apartment. Great location for excursions by bike or hiking in the mountains. Trampoline and swing for shared use. Former farm with two cats and a dog. We no longer have any livestock. The apartment is fully equipped with dishes, towels and bed linen for 4 people. A double bed measuring 180x200cm and a sofa bed measuring 140x200cm

There is plenty to do in the hilly landscape: Extensive forest walks or bike tours. The natural swimming lake and the art workshop are 15 minutes walking distance. On the village mountain you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view. The apartment offers 60 m² of space with a double bedroom and couch. The living room has a TV, desk and sofa bed. A large terrace is available. Shopping is easily accessible by car.
