**Modern Holiday Apartment in the Allgäu – Art, Nature, and Comfort** Our individually renovated holiday apartment, completed in 2019, is a true work of art. Featuring modern wall murals and an abundance of plants, it offers a green, creative atmosphere that blends nature with design. The apartment is barrier-free except for one step at the entrance and has direct access to a private terrace. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened with electric shutters or curtains. The master bedroom is equipped with a removable mosquito screen on the door. If more than two people are staying, the living room can serve as a second bedroom or offer separate sleeping arrangements for two guests if desired. The apartment has a private entrance, doorbell, and mailbox. For added security, the entrance area is monitored by a camera. Inside, there's a small play area for children, and guests have access to Prime, Netflix, and streaming services. Parking is free in the immediate vicinity, and a bus stop right across the street takes you quickly to the city center. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and bank are just a 5-minute walk away. There are fantastic playgrounds and restaurants nearby, along with many easily accessible lakes for swimming and plenty of nature for biking, jogging, or hiking. From this accommodation, you can reach all the important places in no time at all. Within 3 minutes' walk, you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. The town of Kempten is 5 minutes away by car, and there is a bus stop within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor and is very bright and spacious. From the terrace, you can look out over a fauna and flora habitat. Within a few kilometres, you'll find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Cozy apartment in the old town of Kempten

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

Romantic hunting lodge / forest cabin, max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The newly renovated and expanded apartment is located in the heart of Füssen, in the middle of the romantic pedestrian zone. All shopping facilities are within close range. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. City and region offer endless leisure activities. Hiking, biking, swimming, winter sports, everything is possible seasonally. The castles of King Ludwig II are four kilometers away. Larger shopping cities are Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg, or Munich.

The apartment is in a quiet location, has its own entrance and is approx. 70 m² in size. It is suitable for up to 4 people, possibly with a child. The price is for 2 people. Each additional person costs an extra 15 euros. There is a large bedroom with a 140x200 + 90x200 bed. There is also a fold-out sofa bed (180x200 cm) in the living room. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen and is fitted with a TV, stereo system, wood-burning stove and dining table.

Ahegg is located at an altitude of 850 m to 1000 m and is a climatic health resort. In about 500 m there is a very nice pond that invites you to swim and in winter to ice skate. The Allgäu circular bike path leads directly past the house. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful opportunities for winter sports and hikes. By car you are in approx. 15 minutes in the city of Kempten, which invites you to enjoy nice restaurants and shopping.

Plenty of space for up to 8 guests: about 130 square meters on two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a tiled stove in the living room and a private garden with a fire pit. We are located in the quiet village of Haag, right at the start of a hiking trail. Dogs are welcome. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Neuschwanstein, and a similar amount of time to the Nesselwang and Oberjoch ski resorts.
