Welcome to our small but fine accommodation "happines(t)". The centrally located apartment is located in the heart of Kemptens and is within walking distance of about 5 minutes away from the Forum Allgäu. Despite the proximity to the city you have nature right at your feet here. Whether while walking in the Haubenschlosspark (which is located directly in front of the door) or shopping in the beautiful old town, there is something for everyone. Our little "nest" offers everything you need for a city trip.

Traffic-calm (residential area) and central (4 minutes to highway/federal highway) attic apartment with kitchen and bathroom. - 1 km: St. Lorenz Basilica and Hildegardisplatz (Wed/Sat weekly market, Fri farmers market) - 400 m: Two bus stops (direct line to the central bus station) - 1 km: Beginning of the pedestrian zone, which leads up to the Forum Allgäu - 200 m: Various walking paths along the Rottach and Iller rivers - 700 m: Klinikum Allgäu - 800 m: Shopping (Edeka, pharmacy, Norma, etc.)

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

The apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture and awning.
