Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.
