Ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes, Lake Constance in 35 minutes. The Dornbirn Exhibition Park is 25 minutes away, and the Brandnertal Bike Park is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy the view of the mountains and valley from the sunny side of the mountain. Hiking trails are within walking distance, and in winter the journey is also easy without winter equipment.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Haus Tschuga is located above the Silbertal at 1100 m. We offer the ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer or for skiing or ski tours in winter. My father-in-law is a private ski instructor and if he has free appointments available, you can book a ski course with him. Additional fees Guest tax of the municipality
