Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Eller tag en tur ned til skoven og stranden og oplev noget af Danmarks smukkeste natur. Gå en tur på Højderygsstien igennem Geopark Odsherred som går lige forbi den hyggelige have. Rist dine Skumfiduser eller snobrød og pølser ved bålstedet. Eller bare læs en god bog ved brændeovnen i den hyggelige stue.

Guest house in this beautiful location, secluded from roads and neighbors, where nature can be experienced up close with rich bird and animal life, which has its own entrance, toilet/bath and sauna. Here is a renovated building with visible beams and hems that invites you to really cozy moments with a stove. The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
