It has several good outdoor rooms and there are tables and chairs, sun loungers, hammock, benches, gas grill and fireplace. If you like to play, there are various board games, badminton, ladder golf, kings' games, etc. There is a rich wildlife in and around the garden where there are often visits by deer, squirrels, hares and owls.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Sydvendt anlagt have med udsigt til skov og vandløb fra 80 m2 terasse. Strand (900 m) og 2 km fra Nykøbing Sj. supermarkeder, restauranter, svømmehal, golfbaner (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. Stenstrup Strand Cottage

Slap af med hele familien i dette fredfyldte sommerhus for enden af lukket vej med en stor og grund. Der er ca 1 km hyggelig gåtur ned til en meget børnevenlig sandstrand og ca 3 km køretur ned til Gudmindrup strand hvor der kan parkeres med bil. Der er mange gode gåruter og cykelruter i området. Haven har bålplads, håndboldmål og kongespil. TV’et har adgang til DR og DR2 og en chromecast til streaming af øvrige kanaler. Der er overdækket carport til en bil.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks
