Summer house Gudmindrup

Relax with the whole family at this lovely summerhouse at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms, as well as an annex connected to the house. Two rooms with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed, as well as an annex with a sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and the main house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. We are renovating on an ongoing basis, so there may be changes compared to the pictures.

Beautiful sunsets can occur :) The house has 2 great terraces, so depending on where the sun is, you can enjoy it outside. There are lots of cozy spots in the garden with heather. The house has a large living room with a new kitchen. In addition, there is a master bedroom with space for 2, as well as an extra room with 3 sleeping places + 1 mattress. The house has Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

There is about 1 km of pleasant walk down to a very child-friendly sandy beach and about 3 km drive down to Gudmindrup beach where you can park by car. There are many good walking and cycling routes in the area. The garden has a campfire area, handball goal and king's game. The TV has access to DR and DR2 and a Chromecast for streaming other channels. There is a covered carport for one car.
