Cottage on a natural plot in Højby

Relax in our small, classic cottage while the kids play in the garden under the big pine trees. We prioritize the wild garden, but there is also plenty of room for play, trampoline jumping and ball games, while the adults can take a break on the terrace. In autumn and winter, the fireplace, board games and books invite you to have fun. Large, lovely lush garden of 1300 m2, with plenty of room for ball games, croquet, badminton, barbecue or just to relax. The area is perfect for long walks and bike rides. There are 5 bicycles. 2 large bedrooms both with double beds 180x200. Large newly-built Annex with room for 3 sleeping guests. Beautiful bathroom and newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher.

Cozy small primitive summer house (48 m2) by the beach 800 meters. 2 bedrooms with pull out double beds. One sofa. Small kitchen and living room with wood burning oven. The house is old and some floors are crooked. Large garden and terrace and bon fire place. Outdoor shower with warm water. 3 km to nearest shopping and lots of farm shops with vegetables and local honey. Sommerland Sjælland is about 10 km away and Odden Havn is 15 km where you can by fresh fish and have a nice danish lunch.

Welcome to Sejrø Bay. Our cozy summer house is located in a beautiful woodland area on a large natural plot, close to Tengslemark Beach. It’s a truly unique holiday home. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

Hyggeligt ældre sommerhus tæt på vandet. Dejlig have i skov og natur. Sommerhuset ligger kun 5 minutters gang til den familievenlige gudmindrup strand. Smukke solnedgange kan forekomme:) Huset har 2 gode terrasser, så alt efter hvor solen står kan man nyde det uden for. Der er en masse hygge kroge i haven med lyng. Huset indeholder stor stue med nyt køkken. Derudover et forældre soveværelse med plads til 2, samt et ekstra værelse med 3 sovepladser + 1 madras. Huset har wifi og smart tv.

Experience our unique cottage on a 3000m² undisturbed natural plot surrounded by majestic trees. The large terrace offers breathtaking views and doubles the house's living area throughout the summer. Here you will only be visited by deer, squirrels and pheasants. The cottage is located 1 km from Gudmindrup Strand with dunes and gardens. The house, built in 1962, has only had two owners. Attention has been paid to details and decor with respect for the original building style.

Rist dine Skumfiduser eller snobrød og pølser ved bålstedet. Eller bare læs en god bog ved brændeovnen i den hyggelige stue.
