About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Our spacious 2-room apartment is located on the outskirts of the city of Balingen. The city center is about 1.6 km away. Shopping facilities, bakery as well as a pharmacy are a few minutes walk away. The cozy apartment in the basement with separate entrance has 4 sleeping possibilities, a kitchen with equipment, a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture. Parking spaces are right next to the house.

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
