I have gained experience in hotels and restaurants in Tokyo, as well as Michelin-starred restaurants, for approximately 15 years, and have pursued cuisine based on French cuisine. I specialise in terrine, with a particular focus on colour and the beauty of the cross-section, and it has garnered over 5 million views on social media.
