As a general rule, we cook the rice on site, use rice in prime condition, and serve freshly made sushi right in front of you. Please be sure to inform us in advance if the venue does not have kitchen facilities, plates, etc. In such cases, there may be dishes that we are unable to serve. In addition to Tokyo and Saitama City, we can also travel to more distant locations such as Karuizawa and Atami. In such cases, there may be additional travel costs, so we will discuss this with you at the time of booking.
