The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

In an idyllic location, the apartment is located at 900 meters, surrounded by picturesque nature, just a 5 minute walk away from Rottachsee, in front of the imposing backdrop of the beginning "2000" mountains. On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. IN DER STADT WOHNEN UND LEBEN WIE AUF DEM LAND. Die renovierte Ferienwohnung (61 Quadratmeter), befindet sich im Souterrain und ist über eine eigene, überdachte Treppe erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, freundlich und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in der Stadt Kempten. Aus jedem Fenster blickt man in einen großen und schön eingewachsenen Garten. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel und Markise.

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment can accommodate 2 – 4 people and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden level and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Close to shopping. Even toddlers cost €5 per night. This fee is due in addition when booking and will be charged by us by changing the booking.
