A house for you all by yourself With top equipment, new, modern and a gallery with views. Use the spacious living area with an attic open to the top. The house has allergy-friendly mop floors throughout the house and controlled room ventilation with air pressure monitoring. The design pellet wood-burning stove with large viewing window provides additional cozy warmth. Natural wood-beamed ceiling and a solid wooden roof chair give the house its flair. Relax in the spacious garden area with parasol, outdoor furniture and relaxation loungers and visit the natural stream. A hot tub in the terrace area is available during the summer months (06-09). The house also has 3 smart TV's distributed on living and sleeping rooms. Wellness at the Alpenchalet Allgäu in our Finnish outdoor sauna Treat yourself to a relaxing time in our sauna hut. Direct, protected access from the outdoor sauna to the bathroom to the experience rain shower.

Cosy tyrolian hut with beautiful view

Schön renoviertes Tiroler Ferienhaus mit Hüttencharakter (ca. 60 qm). Wunderschöner Blick übers Gurgltal in die Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt an den Feldern. Sonniges Hanggrundstück mit großer Terrasse und wunderschöner Aussicht. Feuerschale mit Grillmöglichkeit, Sandkasten für die Kleinen.. Loipe vor dem Haus, Skigebiete in ca. 25 Minuten. Klettergebiete, Wanderungen etc. vom Haus aus möglich, Seen, Tauchgebiet, Golf etc. in 15 Autominuten. Die Möglichkeiten sind fast unbegrenzt!

Our sweet chalet, ideal for romantic hours. Private shower in your bedroom under the roof with TV and view of the Pfronten Alps.On the ground floor you will find the toilet with sink and hairdryer as well as the living area and the fully equipped kitchenette with cooker including oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.f the main building and are freely accessible. Pets are allowed on request, a copy of the insurance is required for booking.

The 150 sqm chalet goes over 2 levels. A spacious dining area with a new Kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven & microwave. On the ground floor is the living room, as well as another room with king size bed (180x200) & TV connection and terrace access. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with balcony access, in one of the two bedrooms there are single beds. Another bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on the upper floor.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
