The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

The holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a children's room with a single bunk bed (1.70 x 0.80), and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. There is an outdoor parking space and an underground parking space with an electric charging station. The large terrace offers a magnificent view over the Allgäu alpine meadows.

In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.
